OpsMachine is an internal operations platform provided exclusively for use by authorised employees and contractors of Midland Industries Pty Ltd. Access is granted on a role-specific basis. Sharing credentials or providing access to unauthorised persons is strictly prohibited.
You must only use this system to perform legitimate business activities related to your role at Midland Industries. You must not attempt to access data or functionality outside the scope of your assigned permissions, and you must not use the platform to store, transmit, or process any data that is unlawful, offensive, or unrelated to Midland Industries business operations.
All information accessible through OpsMachine — including customer data, pricing, job specifications, and internal documents — is confidential to Midland Industries. You must not disclose this information to any third party without prior written authorisation from management.
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of data you enter or modify within the platform. Deliberate entry of incorrect data may result in disciplinary action.
Use of this system is logged for security, audit, and operational purposes. Midland Industries reserves the right to review access logs and activity records at any time in accordance with applicable law.
OpsMachine is provided on a best-efforts basis. Midland Industries does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and accepts no liability for loss or damage resulting from system downtime, data loss, or errors in the platform.
Midland Industries may update these terms at any time. Continued use of OpsMachine following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
